K&B Oilfield Services continually searches for “Experienced Flowback and Hydraulics” personnel to grow with our team.
The following are initial steps of our application process:
Fill out & submit the K&B Application, and download the Shield Screening to your computer
Print off the Shield Screening document and legibly fill out all sections by hand
Scan and email the Shield Screening, and your resume to: applications@kandboilfieldservices.com
Once your paperwork has been emailed, you will receive an auto reply message from our management team acknowledging receipt of your documents
As positions become available, our managers conduct phone interviews based off experience and needs of the company
Upon completion of phone interviews, applicants are scheduled for an in-person interview in either Henderson, Texas or Carrizo Hill, Texas
After in person interviews are completed, and applicants have met all company requirements, they will proceed in the hiring process
Applicants will participate in a mandatory drug screening prior to being hired
Employment Qualifications
To pass MVR report:
Must be at least 21 years old
Must have driver’s license for min. 2 years
Must have a valid, unexpired driver’s license
No more than 3 tickets in last 3 years
No major violations within last 3 years (speeding > 15 mph over limit)
No DWI within past 5 years
To pass Background check:
No felony or misdemeanor of theft within past 5 years
No felony drug conviction within past 7 years
No violent crimes (rape, armed robbery, murder, kidnapping)
Must have valid social security number
